Contact our technical support team or visit our online portal with your order number and serial number to begin the RMA process.

Secure Packaging

Carefully pack your system in its original double-walled box with the internal expanding foam to prevent hardware damage during transit.

Shipping and Labeling

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the hardware integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
